If a package has not updated in 15 business days, please understand it is the customer's responsibility to reach out to the carrier (USPS) and file a claim to start an investigation. We are unable to ship a replacement or issue a refund as the inventory of the purchased item(s) may be limited. We will help as much as we can to work with the carrier to help locate Lost Packages.
Please understand we are not responsible for stolen packages once they are delivered by the carrier. We will do everything we can to help you by contacting the carrier to verify that the order was indeed shipped to the correct address. We do ask you also contact the carrier and your local authorities to report stolen packages. We are not liable for stolen packages and we are not able to issue a replacement or refund of the stolen items.
