Return Policy

In order to return an item you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be new, unwashed, in the original packaging with all tags attached, and free of any noxious odors, pet hair, etc

If these requirements are not met, the request will be denied. If you return items that have been denied, the items will be returned to you at your cost.

ontact us at to return an item, and receive a return label. Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, a refund less the cost of original and return shipping will be issued within 7 days via gift card.

Please understand that once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or combined with another existing order.

Items that cannot be returned for refund are items that are: Blankets, Swim Wear, Clearance, and Sale items.

If an item is returned to us that does not meet our qualifications  for return or refund, we will attempt to contact you up to 3 times. If we receive no response after 30 days, you forfeit your right to have the item returned to you.

From time to time we make mistakes and may ship the wrong item or size. If this happens, please contact us immediately so we can fix this for you. Contact Customer Support at within 7 days of receiving your order. A paid return label will be emailed to you to ship the incorrect items back to us. If the item is Out Of Stock, a refund or store credit (whichever customer prefers) will be given, otherwise the correct item will be shipped to you upon receipt of the incorrect item to our warehouse.

Please understand we reserve the right to reject/refuse the refund for items that do not fit these qualifications. The customer will pay to have the items shipped back to them if items are sent to us outside of the time frame and/or not approved for return

-A Gift Card "code" will be issued for you upon receiving and processing returned item. Once your items arrive back to our warehouse we will go through your items and process your gift card within 10 days. Gift Cards never expire.

-Acceptable Returns: Must be postmarked 7 days after arrival- Unwashed, Unworn, Tags attached, in original packaging and free of any noxious odors, pet hair, etc.

-Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable
-Restocking Fee: up to $4 restocking fee on subsequent returns on same order. Please make sure to process and return all items from same order at one time.
