Shipping cost is determined by the weight of the product, our shipping cost starts at $4.5 per item pending the type of item it is. 

Upgraded QUICK shipping! This is something we primarily offer during the holidays or by request for our customers! If you need this PLEASE contact us! If you see this option available on the website and use it PLEASE contact us! It has been known our system doesn't alert us! But we will move quickly to ship your items if you need them for you!

Pre-Sale is invoiced upon arrival of items and exact shipping is charged!

Items purchased on sale or price adjusted are not eligible for return/exchange


While we hope that you will love all of the items you receive, we will gladly accept any returns for items mailed back to us within7 days of customer receipt of the item. Returns will be processed forstore credit only.Store credit will be issued within 10 days of receipt of items by Southern Style Boutique. Items must be returned in the condition they were mailed, and must be new & unworn, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Please note that Pre-Sale items are custom ordered and most can not be exchanged due to orders and sizing! If items are returned after the 7 days, they can be returned to you as they may no longer qualify for an exchange or store credit. Please contact us with questions before returns & exchanges if you are concerned you may fall in this area.

If you need to exchange your item for the same item in a different size, we will gladly exchange it, subject to available inventory at the time the product is received at Southern Style. Exchanges must be mailed back to us within7 days of customer receipt of the item. Exchanges will be processed within 10 days of receipt of items by Southern Style. If the requested size is not available when the item is received by Southern Style, astore credit for the original purchase price of the item will be issued. Please note Pre-Sale again is custom ordered for the customer and varies by each order if an exchange can be made! Please contact us about this!

All returns must include your name, address, and  order number. Please understand return shipping to and from Southern Style is at customer’s expense.

We're very sorry but Swimwear, Loungewear and Undergarments are not eligible for return/exchange.

Defective Merchandise

Southern Style has carefully selected our manufacturers based on routine quality checks and strive to only provide our customers with high quality, custom designed apparel. All of our items are made with beautiful details & unique designs. Each fabric we choose can have slight difference in placement, color, and at times texture, and all these are all considered normal. These variations are not considered flaws, and if you have any questions you can ask us at any time!
However from time to time, due to all products being manufactured by hand, an item you receive may contain a defect. We do our best to quality check products prior to them leaving our shop, but sometime human error gets the best of us all. If you receive a defective item from Southern Style, please contact us within
7 days and we will provide you with resolution options.

Please understand if you do receive something defective and do contact us with the time frame above we will issue you a full store credit on your defective item but at this time can not offer replacements.

Variances- Please understand that most if not all of our clothing is made of knit. Due to that we can have variances in the fabric due to how our fabric is cut and sewn.

What does that mean?

It means the way our fabric is mass cut and produced that sizing can be slightly altered, and due to manufacturing it is out of our control. We do recommend that if you need exact measurements to our size chart to please SIZE UP.

Price Adjustments

Southern Style may put items on sale from time to time. A price adjustment is available for any orders placed same day of an item going on sale. Please email customer service for this within 48 hours of your order being placed and we will make a manual price adjustment on your order in the form of gift card for the price difference.

Sales & Promotions

We can not make adjustments or changes to sales. Please note if there is a code involved in our sales & your order is placed we can not go back and make any changes to your order!

If items are oversold and are sold at full price we will issue you a refund! If you purchase the item during a sale or promotion or the item is marked on sale and the item is out of stock a store credit will be sent. Please understand we can not sub items and make changes to any orders. We apologize!
