Shipping


Shipping cost is determined by the weight of the product, our shipping cost starts at $5.75 per item pending the type of item it is. 

Upgraded QUICK shipping! This is something we primarily offer during the holidays or by request for our customers! If you need this PLEASE contact us! If you see this option available on the website and use it PLEASE contact us! It has been known our system doesn't alert us! But we will move quickly to ship your items if you need them for you!

Free Shipping Over $75 is offered at this time for orders totaling over $75 BEFORE tax (if applies)! Please understand that items that are large, heavy, or awkward- such as blankets, large accessories, and our coats maybe not apply to free shipping at they are heavy and have to go priority shipping due to size and weight. We charge a flat fee regardless of region, but do offer a discount- please contact us.

Pre-Sale Orders-

These are special orders offered at a special pricing that you can special order during the year! These items are not Ready to Ship and can take 6-8 weeks from time of purchase to arrive!

These items will invoiced upon arrival, and exact shipping is charged per weight! We invoice shipping via Paypal and it will go to the email you placed your order with, so please make sure it is correct!

Please understand that we cant not cancel, change, or offer returns on Pre-Sale. These are all made to order for you! 

We do ask that customers stay updated on their orders. We will post updates on the order, arrival, and how and when to pay shipping. We post updates here & often update them! Please check here! UPDATES

Please understand we only have so much room in our warehouse, and hold orders for no more than 90 days of arrival of the order to us. We will try to contact you & send reminders about payments!

After 90 days of the arrival of Pre-Sale products to us, we will try one last time to collect shipping and then your order will be forfeited. PLEASE make sure to check updates or contact us about your order if you have questions.

Placing multiple orders? We will combine orders with in the same Pre-Sale! We do ask if you purchase items Ready to Ship to try and do that separately, as they will ship with the Pre-Sale order unless you contact us to ship separately. You will be asked to pay separate shipping if you would like you ready to ship items to ship separately.

If you need help with something else we will always try to do our best to help! 

Returns/Exchanges

While we hope that you will love all of the items you receive, we will gladly accept any returns for items mailed back to us within7 days of customer receipt of the item. Returns will be processed forstore credit only.Store credit will be issued within 10 days of receipt of items by Southern Style Boutique. Items must be returned in the condition they were mailed, and must be new & unworn, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Please note that Pre-Sale items are custom ordered and can not be exchanged due to orders and sizing!

Items purchased on sale or price adjusted are not eligible for return/exchange

This goes for PRE-SALES ESPECIALLY. Please contact USPS, they are delayed and they will help you. However as always you can reach out to us and we will do everything we can to help. But we cannot offer any refunds due to delays because of USPS.

Sale & Clearance

Sale items can be exchanged as long as items are postmarked to be returned 10-12 days from arrival. We do ask the the customer pays shipping on exchange.

Items purchased on sale, clearance, or price adjusted are not eligible to return for a store credit.
